Executive Head Chef for award winning Operation * £37000 package

At Clear Selection we are seeking a strong Executive Head Chef to join this fantastic Luxury 4 Star & Rosette awarded Hotel & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality food for the fine dining restaurant and conference and banqueting rooms, along with a busy bar and lounge area.
This role is crucial to the business driving forward and will require a dynamic individual with drive and loads of energy. Candidates will need a solid background in 4 / 1 AA Rosette operations, preferably higher. If operations have achieved accolades & awards under your management then this will be a great advantage.
You’ll be overseeing the Head Chef, leading a large brigade and must have excellent communication skills along with the ability to delegate, organise and motivate all members of the kitchen team.
It goes without saying the successful candidate will be self motivated, extremely passionate and ambitious and must be keen to take this operation to the next level in the culinary world.
