The successful Head Chef must be super organised and confident in being able to cater for high volume. Your health and hygiene must be at a 5 star rating and be up to date with all kitchen legislation. The successful Head Chef will work with a brigade of 7 who are all dedicated and hard working in keeping this nationally recognised brand a market leader.
Great opportunity for a Head Chef who is looking for a new challenge, a Head Chef who has a consistent background and experience working in a branded establishment.
This branded company is known for perfection, therefore you must have a good eye to detail especially when cooking in high volume. You must be able to cope under pressure and be able to lead and direct a team of hard working Chefs.
