We would assume that you are already a General Manager or Deputy Manager with some very good experience. We would also assume that you are full of ambition, a true self-motivator and very eager to progress and expand on my client’s success. However my client does not need a "daydreamer", the sort of person who sits all day at a laptop creating ideas, planning and does not have the ability, experience or nerve to implement them.
