Opportunities like this do not come up very often! Clear Selection are working closely with a retained client to find the perfect candidate for the outside catering arm of this prestigious company based in Essex.
We are seeking an experienced, level headed, talented Head / Executive Chef to run and manage this hig h quality Outside Catering unit. As Head Chef you will have a stable, solid background in volume catering, you will be methodical, organised and an effective communicator with exceptional culinary expertise.
This forward thinking company are seeking an individual who can cut the mustard, with the right skill set and background you will also see the importance in keepig up to date with modern techinques and deliver high class food and service to a mutlitude of private and corporate functions.
As Head chef you will effectively manage, train and motivate the brigade of up to 12 chefs, you will need to be innoative with ideas and be happy to liase directly with clients and the General Manager to create bespoke high end function menus / packages.
