Clear Selection is working closely with this superb 5 Star Luxury Hotel to place a positive and ambitious Assistant Spa Manager to work alongside the Spa Manager in running the complex’s 2 spas to the highest of international standards.
Sitting on a major UAE waterway the site offers excellent views across the city and has over 400 guest rooms, a number of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, golf course, top quality leisure facilities and 2 fully operational spa’s. A truly inspiring please for any Assistant Spa Manager looking for their next prestigious place to work.
As Assistant Spa Manager you will assist the Spa Manager in co-ordinating the team of 25 to ensure the highest quality in customer service and care is consistently provided to both hotel guests and other users over both spa operations. Using world famous brands (product training provided) you will be responsible for offering, creating and developing unrivalled spa experiences to a growing number of tourists and local clientele.
Role Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Internationally recognised certificate in beauty therapy
Action orientated
English speaking (Arabic as an additional language would be an advantage)
Come from a high quality 4-5 star Spa/Hotel background
Salary Package:
