




Sous Chef Required Immediate start Cambridgeshire up to £20000

Working with this fresh food pub that has recently moved forward menu wise, Clear Selection are working with this retained client to employ an enthusiastic chef. You must be C & G / NVQ 1 + 2 in professional cooking qualified, you will enjoy making fresh, simple dishes and will be an effective communicator within a small team. This maybe your first Sous role you will be fully supported and the owner is looking for an individual who can bring some fresh ideas to the table. As Sous you will need to be proactive with a steady solid background in a fresh food environment, we are looking for a candidate that enjoys the art of cooking and has a passion for the hospitality trade. You will be servicing anything from 40 – 200 covers so you must be well organised. Shifts will be straights 5 / 7 days on a rota system kitchen comprises of Head Chef, chef, kitchen assistants and KP so full staffed.
