We are looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about cooking great food, loves working with fresh seasonal ingredients and who prides themselves in their effective management skills. You will work closely with the Management team, motivate the brigade and firmly establish this unique operation as one of the best places to stay and dine in Norfolk.

About you as Head Chef:
4 years experience at Head Chef level in a busy & successful Hotel/Restaurant.
Positive, passionate, confident & consistent Character.
Strong Leadership Skills.
Ability to deal effectively with pressure.
Based in Norfolk, within 30 minutes from Norwich.
Sound knowledge & experience of English & Continental cooking.
A skilled team player wanting career development.
Practical Front of House Knowledge preferable.
Strong progressive track record.
A natural warm and outgoing personality
Great communication skills
A high standard of personal appearance
A keen eye for detail
Head Chef package:
Salary package of £30,000.
