Our retained Client are eagerly looking for a driven, ambitious and creative General Manager with a proven track record in similar large, successful Hotels & Restaurants to join their team and take the helm of this thriving and unique establishment.

It goes without saying you will need to:
Have a proven track record in successful, award winning operations.
Have excellent knowledge, understanding & experience of full P & L accountability.
Be experienced in managing & motivating a large team of staff.
Be experienced & confident with dealing in multi-million pound turnover operations.
Be a charismatic, approachable and inviting host.
Confidently manage multi operations and work effectively under pressure.
Be experienced in dealing with large number covers, 300+ per day.
Have a keen eye for detail and a passion to successfully drive the business forward within the competitive marketplace.
