Relief/Temp Head Chef for village gastro pub near in Herefordshire – ongoing until December 2011!

Another new client for Clear Selection!
I am looking for an experienced Relief / Temp Head Chef to work at this quaint and traditional village gastro pub at the heart of the community. Accommodation is available. You will be working 5 days out of 7 mainly split shifts. Good home cooked food using locally sourced ingredients. Dishes such as…. Pan-fried Sea Bass, steak and black sheep pie, scallops, caramelised onion tartlet & stroganoff!
Relief / Temp Head Chef will need to be very confident with fantastic culinary skills, with only yourself and kitchen porters in the kitchen you must be self-motivated and able to work from your own initiative. Experience at Sous / Head Chef level is critical! I am ideally looking for a Relief / Temp Head Chef who has had experience working in a similar establishment.
