Finding that perfect candidate who is the essential blend of Head Chef and General Manager for this special 12 bedroom Boutique Hotel with 2 AA Rosette restaurant is not going to be an easy task but at Clear Selection we are confident of finding such a person.
This small converted Victorian Industrial building oozes style and attracts the kind of guests who expect high standards whether it be an amazing dish of seasonal produce in the restaurant or a stunning room to stay over in.
My clients requires the best possible candidate of this important role which will see you not only in charge of a small team in the kitchen but also actively controlling the front of house. We realise that requires multi tasking, being well organised and a superb motivator staff but hey I am sure you are capable.
We would envisage that you a culinary background, which shows you can achieve awards, be consistent, produce a profit and run a kitchen in a commercial manner. Controlling the Front of House will require a similar approach, an eye for detail, superior knowledge and a great team trainer.
We are sure that the position will test the finest candidates, draw on all your experience and stretch you to the full.
