My client is looking for a passionate, driven and eager Chef de Partie to complete their successful brigade. Superb reputation for using local and individual suppliers who really do commit their focus and time to fresh, high quality seasonal food.
Highly renowned for its wide menu that provides customers to choose from some mouth watering local fish and seafood as well as traditional local meats.
My client offers a fresh and modern feel, where they are committed on their core values: fresh, diverse and good quality.
Friendly, welcoming and highly talented brigade led by a Head Chef who is willing to teach his tricks of the trade to an enthusiastic and willing Chef De Partie.
With a superb salary of £17-18,000 + £50 per week tips a week, this opportunity can be for you no matter where you are as my client can also provide good live in accommodation if required.
Ideal candidate:
Passionate about local, fresh, seasonal food
Good knowledge of seasonal ingredients
Experience working in top quality pubs/restaurants/hotels
Be confident in assisting Chefs in the sauce section
