A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and charismatic Head Chef to join this captivating Gastro Cottage, part of the UK’s most exciting and progressive Gastro Pub companies!
Our client is seeking a highly professional and talented Head Chef to lead the team in this fantastic fresh food operation, just outside Oxford City Centre.
Head Chef Vacancy Details:
Team of 6 in kitchen.
Extremely busy fresh food Gastro Pub cottage.
Town location.
Solid business.
Modern and well equipped kitchen.
All fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce.
Training and development within company.
Excellent bonus structure!
Head Chef Vacancy Requirements:
Natural team leader.
Excellent Kitchen Manager.
Solid background with previous experience at this size and level.
Hands on individual who leads from the stoves not the office!
Critical eye for detail.
Ability to communicate successfully with Senior Management.
All round experience within a range of establishments.
Ability to cope with large numbers (1500 per week).
