With having other sites, the owners like all staff to have real progression within the group and is looking for a Sous Chef who wants to eventually become a Head Chef. At this site you will be working with a small brigade of 4, all of whom are hard working, supportive and talented in the kitchen.
This operation is individual, unique and in a league of its own. They strive to be different, unlike some branded/corporate giants.
My client knows what they’re good at, using local fish and cuts of British meat, this establishment certainly knows how to provide good honest uncomplicated food.
