061J Sous Chef Required Norfolk Straight shifts £22000-£24000. Live In

An excellent opportunity has arisen. Our client runs a extremely slick operation on the Norfolk coast and is looking to add to the already retained established brigade a Sous Chef.
I am looking for an experienced individual with proven leadership skills. You will be familiar with volume catering as this is a multi-restaurant side, you will be a great communicator, have good management and delegation skills and lead from the top. You will be organised and happy to appraise and train younger members of the team.
The role is fantastic, the team are friendly, hardworking and proactive but also very appreciated by all, catering is a pivotal part of this leisure operation and is fully supported.
