Chef Manager for something exciting and different £20-21000

Clear Selection seemed to pick up the vacancies with a twist and this one is something a little different. My client is seeking to appoint a hands on Chef Manager who is able to lead a small team and create exciting food within a new leisure venture based close to Bury St Edmonds Suffolk.
This will be a great opportunity to work within a new concept and also a chance to create exciting fresh food for a diverse mix of ages.
You will need to be able to cope well under pressure. Have the ability to organise your team and work closely within the Management team. My client would like to appoint a Chef Manager full of fresh ideas; a person who enjoys working alongside customers and a Chef who is self-motivated.
The vacancy would require a Chef Manager who is fully familiar with current kitchen regulations and requirements.
