General Manager, country house hotel, £35,000-£38,000 + comp benefits

Our client is somewhat unique, a modern country house hotel with contemporary vision.
This is an exciting venture for a new General Manager to come on board who can add imagination, leadership and strength, not only to the team but also to the company as they plan to expand.
Superb 4 star accommodation, alongside a magnificent 2-rosette restaurant. The atmosphere is tasteful, and the establishment itself is iconic which is situated around stunning landscape.
The successful General Manager will need to have the following attributes:
** AA Red Star Experience
** Have worked in an establishment that has a minimum of 2 rosettes
** Minimum of 8 years experience within the hospitality sector
** Have a sound background in F&B
** To have worked in a Country House Hotel environment before
** Experience in a Johansson’s listed property would be a great advantage to a candidate
** Have Good vision and motivation in wanting to help increase the companies plans to expand
** Have imagination to drive the company forward
** Managerial ability will need to be second to none
** Be prepared to re-locate for this position, our client can offer accommodation if required
** A confident individual who has flare and passion for hospitality
** Good sense of style
