




GENERAL MANAGER – LUXURY HOTEL - £40,000 – SUFFOLK

We are looking to recruit a professional, hard working and dedicated General Manager for a fantastic operation in Suffolk.
As General Manager you will need to have:
- Previous experience as General Manager at Three Star level.
- Strong knowledge of all Front Office procedures.
- Capability to deal with volume.
- Sound financial acumen.
- Good leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the market and competitors.
- The ability to train and develop all team members.
- Confident and out-going personality.
- Hands on and pro-active approach.
- Strong customer focus.
- Business acumen.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate General Manager to become part of a developing Hotel offering professional and welcoming hospitality to it’s many loyal Customers and passing trade.
As General Manager you will need to be focused and determined in your approach to work. You will need to be very hands on and willing to get your hands dirty with this role. With it’s popular and busy conference and banqueting suites, catering for weddings and business events, you will be required to ensure a professional and high standard of service is maintained at all times. The ability to think quickly, delegate and manage your staff in an effective way is paramount to succeeding in this role.
As General Manager of this luxury Suffolk Hotel you will ideally be experienced in the corporate Hotel sector. You will need to be experienced with all departments of the Hotel with a strong focus on Food & Beverage, Conference and Banqueting and Front Office.
