Our retained client is seeking to appoint a new Head Chef who will lead a small kitchen team to new heights and build on an already successful business. This Head Chef opportunity offers an experienced applicant the chance to control a busy and successful independent establishment and create a high standard of food.
My clients aim is to become the best within the area. They have expressed to us that the new Head Chef will need to have previous experience at a Head Chef level and have delivered a high level of service.
Head Chef attributes and requirements include
Proven track record at Head Chef level.
Experience of controlling a busy kitchen food turnover £20k per week
Ablity and liking to lead from the front
Hands in role
Accountable
First rate Kitchen Manager
Experience of multi-outlets
Ability to liase with other departments successfully
