Clear Selection currently has a rarely available opportunity for a Couple to help manage a Traditional Country Pub in East Anglia for a very competitive joint salary as well a 2 bedroom flat thrown in, are you both interested?
****** HEAD CHEF AND FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER ******
One of the Couple will control the kitchen as Chef, creating traditional Pub dishes using whats best locally and seasonally.
This is not going to be a open the pack and deep fry it pub, our client wants fresh pies, fresh fish, fresh everything so the applicant must have the experience and the passion for this type of cooking.
The Head Chef will need the ability to the run a kitchen on their own as well as come up with new ideas to increase business such as themed evenings, meal deals etc.
***** ALL FRESH WHOLESOME TRADITIONAL PUB FOOD *****
The other person will lead the team in running the bar and restaurant. You will need to be fully familiar with the running of the bar or pub as well has a great likeable personality that will be shown to the locals. Your ability to run a tight ship, with good financial awareness and new ideas on how to take the business forward will also need to be a requirement.
****** 2 BEDROOMED ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED ******
Together you will create the place to eat and drink in the area. Customers will not only love the food and local ales but also the atmosphere and ambience.

Our client in local to the area and has been all their lives and they want this pub to be for the locals and the surrounding village. They want it to be a place to meet in the area where they can local friends, have great fresh food, fantastic local beers and ales with out any pretensionous.
