General Manager – South East - £30,000 – Restaurant/Gastro Pub – Country Village

Our client is currently looking for an experienced General Manager to take over a beautiful privately owned Gastro Pub/Restaurant in a fantastic village setting.
This is a great opportunity, a well known property and a beautiful location. So we need the best in the industry to fill this role.
As General Manager you will need to be at the top of your game and will need to have the following:
A hands on approach dedicated to first class service.
Excellent customer care and standards.
Strong financial acumen and accountability.
Ability to train and develop all members of the team.
Confidence and charisma.
Proven track record at similar size and style of establishment.
Experience within up to £25K a week turnover.
Controlling a team of 30 staff.
Knowledge of health and safety and current legislation.
Experience with volume of 1200+ covers a week.
Attention ad an eye for detail.
As General Manager you will not be:
An office based manager looking for a 9-5 role.
Someone looking for an easy life.
A person who fails to lead be example.
A character who shy’s away from hard work and commitment.
