Head Chef – Superb Hotel – 1 Rosette – East Anglia - £30,000

We are looking to recruit a hungry and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen within this fantastic Country House style Hotel.

This Hotel uses the freshest, locally sourced produce available and everything is made from scratch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef with flare and passion to join a busy and established group. The restaurant holds one rosette so the successful candidate will need to be competent and confident at this level.

As Head Chef you will be leading a team of six in the kitchen, will be in charge of menu planning and design and responsible for the training and development of the brigade. You will need to have a sound knowledge of stock control and able to achieve and maintain GP’s.

This role would suit a Head Chef who is a calm, professional team player who has good management skills and is able to converse with people on all levels.
