This is a job for an experienced Head Chef looking for career advancement and a position with genuine responsibility. You must be able to display 2AA Rosette fine dining experience and you may be looking to make a name for yourself in the area. You will bring a strong, confident approach to the role coupled with ideas on fresh, simple produce and a desire to be part of and lead the team that takes the restaurant to the next level.
The Job
Clear Selection are looking for a Head Chef to join the kitchen brigade, primarily concentrating on the creation and development of leading modern cuisine. As Head Chef, working closely with your team and the General Manager, you will have clear and significant input into all areas of the kitchen including menu creation, staff training and managing all Health, Safety and Food Hygiene legislation to the highest possible standard.
The Place
Our client is an idyllic, award winning boutique country house style hotel surrounded by some of East Anglia’s most stunning scenery. They are currently looking to recruit a Head Chef with 2AA or 3AA Rosette experience for their small top quality hotel that currently boasts a 2 AA Rosette restaurant with aspirations for more awards
The Rewards
