Due to a complete restructure, this small boutique hotel is now looking for a Strong Head Chef and Sous Chef who want to take this establishment on to further awards and accolades.

Head Chef Details
£33,000 - £38,000 – Depending on Experience
Strong, approachable management style
Proven Track record as a Head Chef in a 2 Rosette or above Hotel / Restaurant
Aspirations for achieving awards and making a name for themselves in the county
Must be available for first interviews through Clear Selection
Experience in dealing with all administration a busy kitchen entails

Sous Chef
£20,000 - £26,000 – Depending on Experience
Experience at either a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous or Sous Chef is needed
Must have genuine passion for producing stylish modern food
Must be able to manage a kitchen whilst the Head Chef is off

This is a rare opportunity for two Chefs to get there teeth in to a already great hotel set up which is constantly evolving with the times becoming the place to eat in the area.
