Sous Chef – Michelin Star Restaurant - £25,000-28,000 – Fantastic Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join a prestigious and luxurious Restaurant in Hertfordshire.

As Sous Chef within this award winning Restaurant, one of the best places to dine at outside of London, you will be required to assist the Head Chef in all of the day to day operations of the Michelin Star kitchen.

As Michelin Star Sous Chef you will:

- Have at least two years experience at Sous or Junior Sous level within a similar level of property.
- Come from a Michelin Star establishment or an absolute minimum of three rosettes.
- Ideally have experience within internationally acclaimed restaurants.
- Have the desire to further your career with one of the countries best Chefs.
- Have a solid, stable and traceable career history.
- Have a real flare, passion and talent for the finest cuisine possible.
- Have the ability to train and develop junior Chefs in the brigade.
- Have first class operational standards with a great eye for attention to detail.
