- Have experience within first class establishments at a similar level.
- Be experienced in dealing with approximately 200/300 covers a day.
- Have a good knowledge of fresh, local, seasonal produce.
- Be hungry and passionate to further your career.
- Be calm and pro-active in your kitchen approach.
- Have experience in preparing everything from fresh.
