Operations Manager – Yorkshire - £30,000-£35,000 D.O.E.

Our retained client is looking to appoint an Operations Manager for their medium sized, privately owned 3 star Hotel in Yorkshire.
This Operations Manager position is a senior role where you will be reporting directly to the owner and overseeing all aspects of running the prestigiously located property.
Your main focus within this role will be managing the head of departments and ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations. The hotel currently holds 3 stars but are looking to progress this to 4, and are willing to spend the time and money to make this happen.
As Operations Manager you will need to have excellent managerial skills, a strong personality with a hands on and proactive approach. You will possess a high level of customer focus and guest satisfaction and will always strive for excellence from every member of the team.
Our Yorkshire client is looking for an Operations Manager who can be the face of the hotel. They require someone to have passion and flare with the ability to interact and converse with customers and staff on all levels. You will not be afraid of being on the floor, constantly leading by example in helping with guest relations and customers needs. The position would not suit a candidate who would be looking to operate in a back of house role.
You will have a proven track record as Operations Manager within similar medium sized 3 or 4 star properties.
