With overall management of this qulaity establishment you will be able to create business opportunities, control standards and really exploit your own experience and recent success to the full.
Our client is seeking a first rate candidate one who is happy to lead from the front and one that is able to motivate others and liase well with the kitchen and Head Chef.
The establishment, which recently enjoyed a refurbishment, offers its custom and high level of service whether it be a restaurant meal, private function or maybe just a quiet drink with friends.
Basic Manager candidate requirements include
Management skills
Good computer knowledge including basic web skills
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
Great host
First class organiser and motivator
Efficient and professional approach to work
Proven problem solver
Good team leader
Understanding of setting and attaining standards
Financial awareness
Good ability to market and increase business
Ability to operate the business smoothly and with calm
Experience of events and corporate hospitality
